Neptune, An Ash Hotel - Providence

Everything met standards, had a GREAT stay with suggestions. The property was clean with very welcoming staff. The location was marvellous, close to Dunkin' Donuts Center.

The location was awesome, for example, a local park was within walking distance of the hotel. I was here for 1 night and ate at gourmet restaurant for breakfast. I didn't want to leave and would stay there again.

What a fantastic stay! The retro vibe was so unique, especially with the antique elevator! I also loved the comfort of the bed and the amazing latte at the coffee spot.

I will be returning here soon, greatly enjoyed the city and hotel. That's a cool place when visiting Providence for a wedding celebration. At the Irish bar they serve decent food and drinks...

Very nice modern building and rooms with bunk beds which was fun. Efficient service, knowledgeable and hospitable staff.

The decor of The Dean Hotel exudes a trendy, vintage charm, beautifully reflecting Providence's history, and the common areas were cute and accessible and comfortable as a senior.

Just a reliable pick for a quick stopover in Providence with definitely value for money. Loved finding a cute birthday note on the bed, a nice touch! If you're into local brews, check out the Narragansett they have on ice.

Location is central and safe, perfect for exploring. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent during my stay.

The Dean's dining scene is fire! Those big salads at North Restaurant were fresh and packed with flavor, while the vibe at Bolt Coffee was the perfect pick-me-up for my mornings. Plus, the attentive staff were always ready to fill my cup! Talk about a culinary win!

The overnight parking in Providence is a bit of a hassle, and I felt the hotel could've swooped in with some parking perks .

The location is fantastic, with numerous food spots and a great ambiance that channels a 50s-60s vibe. My room was spacious, and the art added a nice touch.

Chose this spot while visiting Brown University. The location was perfect for us, with plenty of local restaurants nearby. The room was clean and had a lovely minimalistic design that we appreciated. The bed was comfortable for our stay, although the desk space was quite limited for any work I wanted to do during our downtime. The coffee bar downstairs had a nice selection, which was a pleasant bonus in the mornings.

The staff was engaging, providing excellent local dining suggestions. I wish the shower water temperature was more stable as it required constant adjustment for comfort.
